Abstract

Here is presented a 50-year-old female patient diagnosed with both systemic scleroderma and breast cancer - initial stage. New onset of bone lesions in the axial skeleton are discovered in a routine imagological exam. It raises the question of which primary disease causes these findings. It is concluded that they are related to systemic scleroderma, besides bone is a rare site of manifestation of this disease, especially in the axial skeleton.
